  •  Palada: 1 cup (thin rice flakes)

  • Coconut Milk: 2 cups (thin milk) + 1 cup (thick milk)
  • Ghee: 2 tablespoons
  • Cashew nuts: 1/4 cup (halved or chopped)
  • Raisins: 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom pods: 4-5 pods (seeds crushed)
  • Water: 1/2 cup

Instructions:

  • Wash and soak the rice flakes until they soften.
  • Drain the water and spread the rice flakes on a cloth to dry.
