- Cumin seeds: 1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves: as per your taste
- Coconut oil: 2 tablespoon
- Mustard seeds
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt: As per your taste
Instructions:
Preparing the Vegetables
- Wash and peel the vegetables, cutting them into uniform, bite-sized pieces.
- Steam the vegetables with salt and turmeric powder until they're cooked but still retain their crunchiness. Set aside.
Making the Coconut Paste
