Ingredients:
- Coconut (grated) - 1 cup
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - As per your taste
- Coconut Oil - 1 Tablespoon
- Dry chilies - 3 nos
- Mustard seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - A pinch
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Curd - 1 Tablespoon
- Thai chilly( Kanthari mulak) - 4 nos
- Curry leaves
Instructions:
Step 1
- Add coconut, garlic, curd, salt, turmeric powder, Thai chilly, and red chilly powder to a jar of mixer grinder.
- Grind like coarse paste. Don't make a smooth paste.
Step 2
- Heat a pan on low flame.
- Add coconut oil, mustard seeds, dry red chilies, and curry leaves.
- Add the coconut paste.mix well
- Turn off the heat.
- Coconut chutney is ready.
