Ingredients:

  • Coconut (grated) - 1 cup
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Salt - As per your taste
  • Coconut Oil - 1 Tablespoon
  • Dry chilies - 3 nos
  • Mustard seeds - 1 Teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - A pinch
  • Red chilly powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Curd - 1 Tablespoon
  • Thai chilly( Kanthari mulak) - 4 nos
  • Curry leaves

Instructions:



   Step 1

  • Add coconut, garlic, curd, salt, turmeric powder, Thai chilly, and red chilly powder to a jar of mixer grinder.
  • Grind like coarse paste. Don't make a smooth paste.


Step 2

  • Heat a pan on low flame.
  • Add coconut oil, mustard seeds, dry red chilies, and curry leaves.
  • Add the coconut paste.mix well
  • Turn off the heat.
  • Coconut chutney is ready.
