Ingredients:
- Milk: 400 ml
- Sugar: 2 and a half tablespoons
- Butter: Half teaspoon
- Coffee: 1 Teaspoon
Instructions:
1. Caramelizing
- Heat a pan on a low flame
- Add 1 & 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- when it gets golden brown color add butter. Mix well.
- Add 1 tablespoon milk. Mix well
- Turn off the heat
- Transfer the caramel mix into another bowl, otherwise, it will burn.
2. Blending
- Add caramel mix, coffee powder, sugar, and milk to a jar of mixer grinder.
- Blend well for 3 minutes.
- Caramel cold coffee is ready, ready to serve.
- Take a glass, add ice cubes, and pour caramel cold coffee.
