Ingredients:

  • Milk:                 400 ml
  • Sugar:              2 and a half tablespoons
  • Butter:              Half teaspoon
  • Coffee:             1 Teaspoon

Instructions:


1. Caramelizing

  • Heat a pan on a low flame
  • Add 1 & 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • when it gets golden brown color add butter. Mix well.
  • Add 1 tablespoon milk. Mix well
  • Turn off the heat
  • Transfer the caramel mix into another bowl, otherwise, it will burn.


2. Blending

  • Add caramel mix, coffee powder, sugar, and milk to a jar of mixer grinder.
  • Blend well for 3 minutes.
  • Caramel cold coffee is ready, ready to serve.
  • Take a glass, add ice cubes, and pour caramel cold coffee.
  • Smoothy and creamy cold coffee are ready to drink. Take a sip and feel the freshness.
