Ingredients:

  • Coriander seeds - 1 Tablespoon
  • Cumin seeds - 1 Tablespoon
  • Dried red chilies - 6 nos
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 3 medium pieces
  • Cardamom - 1 Tablespoon
  • Ground pepper - 1 Teaspoon
  • Bay leaves - 3 nos
  • Grampoo -1 Teaspoon

  • Dried lemon - 1 no

Instructions:

Step 1

  • Heat a pan on low flame.
  • Add all ingredients without dried lemon.
  • Roast for 3 minutes.
  • Add dried lemon in pieces.
  • Roast for 1 minute.
  • Turn off the heat
  • Transfer to another bowl

  •  Crush all ingredients well. Crush all ingredients before it gets cool. 
  •  Make sure all ingredients are well powdered.
