- Egg - 2 nos
- Vanilla essence - 8 drops
- Corn flour - 1 Tablespoon
- Powdered sugar - 1 Tablespoon

Step 1
- Boil milk on low heat and add vanilla essence for flavor. when the milk is ready turn off the heat and set aside.
- Heat a pan on low flame, and add sugar. wait for caramelizing the sugar.
- when sugar turns into golden brown color add boiled mix. stir well. will get a golden milk mix.
- keep it on low flame.
- At the same time, we have to make an egg mix.
- Take a bowl and add egg and powdered sugar. Mix well.
- In another bowl add corn flour and 2 tablespoon milk and mix well.
- Add the corn flour mix to the egg mix.
- Add egg and corn flour to the boiling golden milk. stir continuously.
- Turn the heat when it turns to a creamy texture.
- Transfer to another bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
